A park staff member fastens a VR headset on a seated guest before the ride

Real footage: at Julinek Park, staff who are not VR specialists fit, clean and dock our headsets every day.

Veles Systems ยท VR training for warehouses and plants

Train the warehouse without stopping the warehouse.

For warehouse and plant managers. We rebuild one of your stations in VR. Your new workers practise it in a headset, and we measure it against how you train today.

One station, one half-day site visit, one result we agree on in writing. Send one procedure and Sam Shennan replies within two working days with what a pilot on that station would measure.

Honest status

What runs today, and what we haven't measured yet.

What runs every day: VR headsets used by the public at Julinek Park. Park staff who aren't VR specialists fit, clean and dock them. What we don't have yet: a measured training result on a warehouse or plant floor. That's why a first project is one station, measured against how you train today.

Use cases

Which job would you train first?

  1. Concept visual: a warehouse packing station rebuilt as a 3D model AI-generated

    Warehouse onboarding

Every new worker takes a trainer away from their work

    The system
One station and one procedure rebuilt in VR. The new hire repeats it in a headset. When you need more than one station, Atlas adds AR and a coach on the floor.
    What you get
A pilot, compared with a group trained the way you train today.

    Rare and dangerous tasks

The situation nobody can rehearse on a live floor

    The system
A scenario with the common mistakes built in. When someone makes one, they see a replay and the reason.
    What you get
Your people practise quick decisions before they need them.

First step

One station, one site visit, one result in writing.

Nothing on your floor stops while we do it.

  1. Send one procedure.

The SOP for one station and how many people you onboard a month. Sam Shennan replies with his questions and what a pilot on that station would measure.

  2. One site walk.

Half a day at your site. We film the station, read the SOP and talk to whoever onboards people today. Nothing on the floor stops.

  3. A fixed quote.

We send it after the site visit. Most of the cost is content and integration; headsets are a small part.

  4. One module, one station, measured.

Your trainer runs it and signs it off before any group puts on a headset. We agree the metric and the pass mark with you in writing before we build.

When is a classroom cheaper than VR?

When the task is safe and cheap to practise for real. VR pays when the task is dangerous, expensive to practise or repeated often.

How it would work ยท a concept

We walk your station with a camera.

Then we rebuild it in VR.

Your layout, your distances, your procedure.

Your new workers practise there first.

As many runs as it takes, before they touch live equipment.

AI-generatedA concept visual: a packing station turning into a 3D model. Not a scan of a client site.

What plant managers ask before a pilot.

Can we train new warehouse staff without stopping the warehouse?

Yes. Rebuild one station in VR, and your new workers practise it in a headset while the floor keeps running.

How much does VR training cost?

A module on your own layout is quoted fixed, in writing, after one half-day site walk. Content and integration are the cost; headsets are a small part. If a classroom is cheaper for your task, we say so.

Does VR replace UDT forklift certification or BHP training?

No. UDT certification means passing the state exam on a real truck, and periodic BHP training stays as the law requires. VR prepares the practical part and rehearses the situations you can't stage safely.

What about motion sickness?

The trainee stands at a station and works with their hands; the world doesn't fly past them. Anyone who can't use a headset keeps your current route, with no mark against them.

Do you train first responders too?

Yes, with Responder: emergency training in a headset or on a phone, with three levels on one platform and a licence per role. Artur Paprocki runs it. See Responder.

Send one procedure.

Send the SOP for one station and how many people you onboard a month. Sam Shennan replies within two working days with his questions.
