How it works

How does an on-site LED shoot work?

  1. Dates and site.

    Send your dates and your venue. Marta replies within two working days with what she needs and a slot for a short technical call.

  2. Floor, power, access.

    We confirm them on the call. Build and take-down days go into the written quote.

  3. Sign-off on set.

    The client sees the final frame on the monitor while the camera rolls. When a shot is done, it's done.

What's in the quote

Quoted per job, in writing.

Prices are net, quoted after a short technical call. Transport, insurance, travel and accommodation are itemised, never hidden in the day rate.

First step. Send your dates and your site. Marta replies with availability, and a written quote follows the technical call.
Honest note. Per day, green screen is usually cheaper. Per finished film, the wall can cost less: no cutting out backgrounds after the shoot, no fixing visors and glass by hand, and the client approves on set. If your scene is one real place a short drive away, shoot there. We'll tell you on the call.

    An outdoor-capable LED wall with Ghost Frame and camera tracking.

  2. The crew

    Our crew builds the wall, runs it through the shoot and takes it down.

  3. The set

    Bring your backgrounds as Unreal Engine files or filmed footage, or we build the set in Unreal Engine, quoted separately.

  • Not included: talent, art department and physical set, catering.

Your venue, your crew, or our studio?

Can you build an LED wall at our venue?

Yes. We built one at a client's site for a recorded corporate keynote, with four cinema cameras on it at once. The rig is built for outdoor use. Outdoors changes the engineering, so we plan daylight, weather cover and rigging for each site on the technical call.

Do we bring our own crew?

Tell us in the brief. You can bring your director of photography, operator and camera package and we keep the wall running, or take our Unreal operator and tracking engineer too.

Should we shoot in the Warsaw studio instead?

If you can come to Warsaw, it has no build days, because the wall there is standing and calibrated. See Studio rental.
