Five open roles in Warsaw.
We are one team with two parts. Veles Productions shoots films, commercials and live TV on the LED stage at Jubilerska 10. Veles Systems builds VR rides, VR training and software we can't buy elsewhere. The team is small and every role works with paying clients.

A curved LED wall, 7.5 m wide, with Ghost Frame, camera tracking, motion capture and Unreal Engine.
The productions
NEXA, our original sci-fi series (10 episodes of 45 minutes), TVP's 2023 election night, the Kulej biopic, and VR in daily operation at Julinek Park.
The tools
Unreal Engine, MetaHuman, OptiTrack motion capture, generative video, and Pellar, which we built ourselves.

Our work is good, but few people see it. You turn productions into case studies, pages and posts that bring in new clients, and you measure which ones work.
What you'll do
- Turn every finished project into a news post, a YouTube video and a LinkedIn post. Our AI agents help you draft; you publish.
- A content calendar across LinkedIn, this site and our case studies.
- Pages that show up in Google and AI answers for the services we're focusing on this year.
- Free guides and follow-up emails that bring in leads, written with the person who leads each service.
- Clean lead records in our CRM, so nothing that comes in gets lost.
What you bring
- Two or more years writing B2B content that brought in leads, with a portfolio.
- English at C1 and Polish.
- Comfortable with AI writing and video tools, and with editing what they produce.
- Curiosity about how a film set or a TV studio actually runs.

On NEXA we film real actors on the LED wall and generate what's around them. You own the generated part, and keep each character and world consistent across the series.
What you'll do
- Generated shots from brief to delivery, across image, video and voice.
- Consistent characters and style, working to the series canon.
- Combining generated material with live-action footage from our stage.
- Turning what works into reusable workflows the rest of the team can run.
What you bring
- A reel that shows generated work cut into live action.
- ComfyUI and current video models (Kling, Veo or similar).
- Editing and grading.
- Knowing the AI content labelling rules, and why they matter to a broadcaster.

- Scope and change control with clients.
- Stepping in when a project lead is on a shoot or on leave.
What you bring
- Three or more years managing projects in production, an agency or software.
- English at C1 and Polish.
- At ease with budgets, suppliers and clients.
- Calm on a shoot day.

- Setting prices with the service lead and the producer.
- Keeping our CRM sales records accurate.
What you bring
- Three or more years selling B2B services.
- Deals of PLN 100,000 and up that you closed.
- Polish at C2 and English.
- Comfortable in a room with an operations director.

What you'll do
- Building and running LLM agents and automations.
- Our servers, workflow tools (n8n) and deploys.
- Generative-video pipelines for the film team.
- Documentation, so any of it can be picked up by someone else.
What you bring
- Python or TypeScript you've shipped to production.
- Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
- Docker and Linux.
- A habit of writing things down.
