Three steps, two working days.
The day you send it.
Your brief lands with the person who does that work. If you picked "Not sure yet", Paulina picks the owner. We use your brief to answer it and for nothing else.
Within two working days.
A reply from a named person at a velesproductions.com address. It has the questions we need answered and a proposed 30-minute call. If we're not the right studio, we say so in that first reply and, where we can, tell you who is.
After the call.
A written scope with a price range. If it needs a test shoot or a process walk first, we say so on the call.

Can I see the stage before I book?
Yes. Veles Productions, Jubilerska 10, 04-190 Warsaw. Inside: a curved LED wall, 7.5 m wide, on ROE panels with Ghost Frame, Stype camera tracking and OptiTrack motion capture. NEXA is shot here. Visits happen between shoots. Book a stage visit with Marta. Need more space? We work with Studio ZPR at Wał Miedzeszyński 646: a 250 m² automated news studio and a 500 m² studio. Ask Marta and she'll book the right room.

How quickly will someone actually reply?
Within two working days, from a named person. If you haven't heard back, write to Paulina: contact@velesproductions.com.
Am I talking to a bot?
No. Your brief goes to the person who does that work, and the reply is written and sent by that person.
Can I get a price without a call?
For studio days, Marta replies with dates, and the written quote follows a short technical call. For VR on a coaster you already own, prices start from EUR 115,000 net with ten headsets. A new coaster with VR is price on request. For everything else, the price depends on the scope: a 30-minute call comes first, then a written price range.
Can we sign an NDA before I send details?
Yes. Send the brief as one line ("a broadcast format, Q1, need an NDA") and the owner replies.
I'm an agency. Do you work through us?
Yes. Brief us the same way and tell us whether your client sees our name.
Do you work outside Poland?
Nomad Stage is built to travel; robotics datasets ship as files. We're in Warsaw and we work in English and Polish.
